【Exam】The Procedures for Leave of Absence from School and Make-up Freshman English Midterm Exam

1. Fill out the form in the Online Student Leave System. (You can check the Submission Steps at the link below.)
   1. New leave application form: both start and end dates are April 13 (Monday) or April 14 (Tuesday), 2026.
   2. Content of application form
      1. Exam or not: Click "Midterm Exam"
      2. Class date
         1. Choose "April 13 (Monday)" for date of absence if the class date is April 13 (Monday), 2026.
         2. Choose "April 14 (Tuesday)" for date of absence if the class date is April 14 (Tuesday), 2026.
      3. Click "Save the data"
2. Obtain approval from the instructor.  The make-up Freshman English midterm exam will be held by the ELC.
3. The Date for Make-up Freshman English Midterm Exam: (tentative) April 21 (Tuesday), 2026 at 6:20 PM
4. The ELC office will send out notification to student' tMail about time and location details of the make-up Freshman English midterm exam by Friday, April 17 (17:00), 2026. If you do not receive it, please contact the ELC before the make-up exam.
