【Exam】The Procedures for Leave of Absence from School and Make-up Freshman English Midterm Exam

  1. Submit a leave application via the Online Student Leave System (refer to the user guide for step-by-step instructions):
    1. Create a New Leave Application: Based on your class schedule, set both the start and end dates to November 3 (Tuesday) or November 4 (Wednesday), 2026.
    2. Content of application form
      1. Exam or not: Select "Midterm Exam"
      2. Leave Date: Select November 3 (Tuesday) or November 4 (Wednesday) based on your class schedule
      3. Click "Save the data"
    3. Once the course instructor approved the leave online, the ELC will schedule a make-up exam.
  2. Make-up Exam Scheule and Location: (Tentative) Novemter 10, 2026 (Tuesday), 18:20-19:30 at LAN210, Languages Building.
  3. The ELC will send make-up exam details (including time and location) to students' tMail acounts by 17:00 on November 9, 2026 (Monday).  If you do not receive the notification, please contact the ELC directly.

★ Note: If the leave date is incorrect or not designated as "Midterm Exam Leave", the application will not be forwarded to the instructor, resulting in an incomplete submission.
