■ Application Duration: May 29 (8:00 a.m.) to June 9 (5:00 p.m.), 2023 (Monday to Friday)

■ Eligible Applicants: Freshmen and transfer students in academic year 2022-2023 (except the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature)

■ Waiving Policy: (as attachments)

■ Online Application Steps: Click here (You can fill out the form after May 29, 2023.)

■ If you submit your application, you can check the Student Info System for the SENM Waiving Result after 2 working days.  Please email us any changes required at elc@thu.edu.tw by June 16, 2023.

■ Credits:
(1) The Academic Affairs Office will import the approved student list in the following Fall semester. It will be shown on your transcript in the end of the semester along with other subjects.
(2) Please check your Score Sheet in the Student Information System. You should have seen 2 semesters of the Sophomore English Course (2 credits each) listed on it. The score will be shown as “T” (transfer credit).
