Purpose: (1) Freshman English Placement and Manual Add (2) Freshman and Sophomore English Waiving-Type II
Date: September 5, 2022 (Monday)
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Venue: CKS、SS
* Please bring the Admission Letter, a 2B pencil, and an eraser.
【Sign-up for taking the Online Make-up Placement Exam】
1. Sign-up by Sept. 15 (Thursday): https://form2.thu.edu.tw/550490 (You can take the exam the day after you sign-up)
2. Exam Date: 8:00 am Sept. 5 to 4:00 pm Sept. 16 (Friday)
3. How to take the exam:
(1) Login to THU iLearn digital platform: https://ilearn.thu.edu.tw/
(2) Check the attached "how to log in and take the exam" before taking the exam.
(3) Each student can do a test only once. The exam lasts 70 minutes.
(4) Log in with your Tunghai username and password.
(5) There are Listening section (20 questions) and Reading section (40 questions).
4. After taking the placement exam:
If you do not see "Freshman English" on our class schedule on September 11 (Sunday), please fill out the “Online Manual Add Application Form” from September 12 to 16 (Monday to Friday), 2022. We will arrange your Freshman English class. You do not need to drop by the ELC office.
